Our diagnostic and truck fees have been drastically reduced. We will dispatch a service technician to your home and diagnose your equipment for only $69.*

Customers that schedule preventive maintenance that have malfunctioning equipment must first have their equipment repaired before maintenance can be performed.

Sorry but because the work we perform is under warranty we cannot replace parts based on diagnosis performed by others.

*$69 fees only apply to one piece of equipment. Preventive maintenance and service are charged for separately. We cannot perform preventive maintenance on equipment that is not running or malfunctioning. The $69 fee covers the cost of dispatching a technician and truck to your home. This fee does not cover repair fees which are quoted separately. The $69 diagnostic and trip fee does not apply to residences in mountain areas or remote locations outside standard service areas.
