Cold Craft Internet Service Booking Page

Use this page to place orders for service calls (unit not running) or scheduled maintenance (unit must be functioning normally)

Welcome to the Cold Craft internet specials page. We are able to keep our service costs down by having you provide a little information about your equipment and exactly what you need from us. This eliminates the additional step of data entry by our office personnel and also reduces the chances of altered or missing data. Fields with an asterisk next to them indicate required information. For example, one of the ways we are able to offer you a discounted service rate is when you provide information on the make, model and serial number of your equipment.

Cold Craft Policy regarding the use of personal information

All data provided to us will be used solely by Cold Craft and not shared with other businesses.

Please indicate your preferences regarding e-mail offers from Cold Craft (check all that apply):

Tell Us About Your Equipment

The nameplate on the furnace is sometimes on the outside of the unit. Other times it will be inside a hinged lid on the furnace.

Other than your contact information, make, model and serial number are the most important information you can provide to us. Its very hard for us to offer the lowest service charges when we have to collect this data because it forces us to stock a much larger inventory of parts and filters. Without this data it increases the number of trips we need to make to our suppliers and forces us to raise prices to cover the additional labor cost.

This information is located on a metal nameplate or a paper sticker. This information is sometimes inside a hinged door on the furnace. Sometimes it is on the outside of the furnace.

If you have central air conditioning the information can be found on the condensing unit (the box outside that blows hot air in the summer). Here are some examples of where nameplate information can be found.

The next question is very important to us for scheduling purposes.

*If you answered "No" to the above question, please describe as best as you can what the problem is:

Note: If your equipment has nothing wrong with it you should check preventive maintenance. If it is making noise, not functional, giving off smoke or fumes or not operating properly, check emergency service call. Please note that we cannot perform maintenance if your equipment is not running properly. It needs to be repaired first. No diagnosis is performed on a preventive maintenance. If you want to know what is wrong, this is an emergency service call. Preventive maintenance is not urgent and is scheduled in the next available time slot. Emergency service is usually something that is needed right away not later
